Lyn Jensen, Director
Lyn Jensen is Sr. Vice President of Administration of Habitat for Humanity International, a nonprofit, ecumenical Christian housing ministry. Habitat seeks to eliminate poverty housing and homelessness from the world, and to make decent shelter a matter of conscience and action. Lyn is responsible for finance, accounting, human resources, information technology, and operations.
Prior to Habitat for Humanity International, Lyn was CFO of Napster, Inc., the world's pioneer in the music file sharing community. She was responsible for finance, accounting, tax, human resources, administration, budgeting and planning. Lyn also was significantly involved with the shareholders, board or directors, and the chapter 11 court and trustee.
Before joining Napster, Lyn was the Vice President of Operations for SmartForce.com, an Interactive Computer Based Training company based in Redwood City, CA. While there, Lyn's responsibilities included human resources, operational contracts, information technology and administration functions.
Prior to SmartForce.com, Lyn was employed at Ceridian Corporation, Information Services company in Minneapolis, as the Vice President of Finance before being promoted to Vice President and General Manager of Tesseract, a HR, Payroll and Benefits software subsidiary of Ceridian. Her tenure as General Manger there included all customer relationships including sales, contracts, customer service, technical support and development. Prior to being Vice President at Ceridian, Lyn was the Chief Financial Officer of Tesseract.
Lyn received her Bachelor of Science degree from Golden Gate University. She received her CPA license in California while a senior auditor at Ernst and Young.
Don Sanders, Director
Don Sanders is a serial-entrepreneur and technology industry executive of thirty years experience in engineering, sales, corporate development and senior management at both startups and large enterprises. Don is owner and principal of Sanders Associates, providing strategic advisory and management services to Silicon Valley companies since 1994.
Prior to forming Sanders Associates, Don was a founding partner of investment advisors RES CoVentures, advising foreign investors in relationships with Silicon Valley technology companies. Don was previously President of PTI Venture Development, a Pacific Telesis Group company, and founder of Pacific Telesis International, chartered to develop corporate ventures overseas.
Don began his career as a broadband network engineer at Southwestern Bell, was a founder of AT&T Business Services Education, and served on the chairman's staff at AT&T prior to divestiture.
Don holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Oklahoma.
